Preorder — how it works: PEAQD is currently available for preorder. Our first inventory is expected to arrive at our US fulfillment center on September 25, 2026. You're charged at checkout; orders ship in the order they were placed as soon as the stock arrives and are delivered approximately 2–5 days after that. If the arrival date changes, we'll email you right away, and you can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund — just email support@peaqd.shop with your order number.
Processing: In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days; preorders are processed as soon as inventory arrives (see above). You'll receive tracking as soon as your pouch ships; delivery estimates appear at checkout.
