PEAQD Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
If you change your mind about your order, you may return an unopened, unused product in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Please email support@peaqd.shop with your order number to start — we'll confirm your return is eligible and send you return instructions. Do not send anything back without pre-authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Why We Don't Accept Returns of Opened Supplements
Because PEAQD Gummies are an ingested dietary supplement, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been broken or the product has been used. This is standard practice across the supplement industry: once a product leaves our controlled packaging, we can no longer guarantee it hasn't been exposed, tampered with, or altered.
This limitation does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items — those are always covered (see below), regardless of whether the product has been opened.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item, contact us at support@peaqd.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if possible). We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs — your choice. In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged or incorrect item.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once we've confirmed the package is lost. We're not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to your address but later lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery — though we're still happy to help work something out.
Return Shipping & Refund Processing
For eligible returns under our 30-day window (unopened product), return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a trackable method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns, except where a return is the result of our error.
Order Cancellations
One-time orders: You may cancel or modify an order before it ships at no cost. Email support@peaqd.shop with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment, the return policy applies instead.
Preorders: Preorders are charged in full at checkout. You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund — email support@peaqd.shop with your order number. Our first inventory is expected to arrive at our US fulfillment center on September 25, 2026; preorders ship in the order they were placed as soon as it arrives and are delivered approximately 2–5 days after that. If the expected arrival date changes, we will notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund. Once a preorder has been delivered, the 30-day return window above applies from the delivery date.
Subscribe & Save: Cancel, pause, or skip any shipment at any time with no cancellation fee or minimum commitment through your subscriber dashboard or by emailing support@peaqd.shop. Cancelling stops future shipments and charges; it does not refund an order already shipped (which follows the return policy above).

- This policy applies to orders placed on peaqd.shop. If you purchased through a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon), their return policy applies instead.
- We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
- Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right you may have under your state's laws.
- PEAQD products are dietary supplements intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, consult a physician before use.
